Strawberry Jam

The Good Life continues at Casa Spoon! Tonight was jam making from the home grown strawberries. It was easy, and tasted delicious (despite a burnt mouth), however there wasn't quite as much as we were hoping for :-/

This is a shot of mi prometida stirring the boiling strawberry and sugar mixture. There is a spoon in there, not that you can tell other than by the swirling pattern its making in the mixture.
