We've done it ... new box office system and new website. Not 100% working properly but almost and given all the stress of the weekend it's gone amazingly well. Charlie has been amazing in working to get it set up and make everyone feel empowered and capable. He doesn't seem to have slept - puts my 12 hour days to shame!
