Last minute drive

We were about to leave for our afternoon school pickup walk but it looked like rain so at the last minute I decided to take the car.
I had the Canon G10 in my pocket in case I found my blip during our walk so whipped it out for a quick shot of Ben waiting by the car before we left, then swapped it for the umbrella.
Missed having a nice walk but someone did stop to admire the car at the school which was nice. It's the first parent to say a word to us at the new school and typically a man. It's so much harder to make inroads with a clique of moms :(
I miss the old school and the people we knew there.
Must finish unpacking the garage one of these days.
