Village life
This is a scene from a village 270 kms from Bhilai (India) known as Amarkantak, a place known for the origin of river Narmada and also a very holy place for Hindu, Jain and Sikh religion as well. It has a scenic beauty, waterfalls. We were on a family holiday with wife and two sons. Throughout the drive it was drizzling, the monkeys were running and crossing roads. A wonderful smell from unknown trees, colorful birds spreading wings and flying...We stayed in a tent and enjoyed the nature walk.
In the morning, The menfolks were repairing the roof, at that time the lady was just happy with herself and making some enjoyable/mischievous conversation with them. In the neighboring small clay mud hut, a lady was milking the cow and to make her milking job easy, her daughter was holding the calf just close and sometime releasing the calf to have his share. Nice milk management, isn't it..
