Hari Mirchi Pakora

Dad recently went to Rajasthan to a his maternal village and brought these Green Chillies from there.


They are different from normal chillies as stated below

* They are very big in size.
* They don't give that burning feeling which normal chillies give.
* They are stuffed with potatoes and fried in oil to prepare snacks.
* In rural areas of India, they are taken as snacks with alcohol.


I had two of these monsters today in dinner ;-)
