Frank Sidebottom

Frank Sidebottom was a character created by the comedian and musician Chris Sievey. Originally created to be a fan of Sievey's band, The Freshies. Frank reached cult status in the late 80's and early 90's with a string on comedy records and many television appearances including his own television shows. He even appeared as a reporter on Granada's regional news programme, Granada reports.

Sievey died last year on the 21 June.
