Anyway - In terms of 'fitness for purpose' my bike is the nicest 'object' I have - its even better than my lovely camera. I look at the objects that litter my life sometimes and wonder how I fell so fully into the consumerist lifestyle that I evaluate and analyse with a certain amount of a 'here be dragons' attitude at school (I teach various subjects, one of them being Economics).

I'm happiest when being nice to someone and they are then nice in return - no objects required.

Talking the hippy talk is a lot different to walking the hippy walk I suppose.

Anyway - back to work so I can afford more stuff.
