Holy Wire

I saw this in the wall of a Mexican shop and thought it was beautiful.

Mexicans are very religious people.  They are almost exclusively Roman Catholic. Being proud people, they will display symbols of their religion and spirituality anywhere in their everyday lives.

I admire them for that.

It's hot again today.  Not like the record tying 112F we had yesterday, though.  Just a measly 108.  The earth was so scorched this morning at 5:15 am that it took two hours of watering just to make the ground around my plant appear wet enough that it had soaked through to the roots.  Incredible.  You know it's hot when you park all the way across the parking lot just to get under a tree disregarding how far you have to walk, just so that the car won't implode from the heat.
