is the number of minutes I can now run without dying :-)

Week 4 of C25k, second run today. 3 minutes running, 1.5 mins walking, 5 mins running, 2.5 mins walk. Then repeat. 3 weeks ago, I could manage a 1 minute run/1 minute walk.

I am pleased with myself.
