A Very Cute Visitor

During a very busy/hectic day, it was lovely to have a quick break to say hello to our visitors. This is 2 week old baby R with his mum K who was previously seen here.

It was nice to sit and chill this evening but then I decided it was about time I got back to Insanity my legs now feel like jelly and it was the 'easy' workout I decided to start with! Oh help!
