Dora the swamp explorer

Today is Iceland national day, June 17th. Of course it's "mandatory" to go downtown and partake in the festivities and the kids get candy floss and helium balloons in the form of their favourite character. Looks like this Dora balloon got discared by it's owner and left to rot in the pond swamp... ;)
