Ruth, Aging In Place

Social workers will recognize that phrase, but this is my neighbor who is 93 and has lived in the same home for more than 50 years. She goes for slow walks around the neighborhood. I decided to join her, give her some protection when she crosses the street and find out more about her. I asked her if she had any secrets for longevity. She replied that her church, which is right across the street, and her friends have kept her healthy.
