Tulip

Cold day but the sun is shining and still no snow although it has been cold enough for the ski fields to make snow so all is not lost.

No appointments today so took a day off trying to relax and catch up on a few household chores....never ending. Have a very sore rib cage and stomach muscles from the constant coughing and tired from broken sleep.

This tulip was one of several in a birthday bouquet my Mother received for her 82nd last week. Such a beautiful light emanating from the petals with the sun beaming upon it...
