This is Clancy. He is one cool dog!

I just met him on the campus of the University of New Mexico while he and his owner were walking around looking for some shade. They are currently one of the several thousand folks who have been evacuated from Los Alamos, New Mexico since Monday because of the huge destructive wild fire that is currently threatening the region.

Clancy is trained as a search and rescue dog and when I brought him some water he sang his hound-dog song for me. Like I said, he's a cool doggie.
