An "Awww!" Day For The Mother.
I've had a couple of fantastic days, doing the tourist thing in Edinburgh and today I'm back to the usual trip round the town pushing The Mother's wheelchair. It was when she grabbed her new camera to take photos of a passing dog that I had the idea of doing the tourist bit locally with her today.
She had made such a fuss of a pomeranian. Being in a wheelchair she can reach out to passing dogs and their owners always seem willing to linger and accept compliments about their dogs!
We had forgotten that the Alpaca Centre doesn't do hot food or sandwiches, but that was OK. She got her camera out and it wasn't long before she was engrossed in conversation about the joys of digital photography with a lady who had just bought a Lumix P&S. She was busy telling her about blip and the lady ended up asking how she could see my pictures online.
A great day out was had again! The only thing she didn't like was me telling her that yesterday I was allowed to hold a tarantula!
I've just noticed that I can see us in the eye of the alpaca!
