Pie in the Sky
My first attempt at using filo pastry.
Jamie Oliver's Feta and Spinach Filo Pie.
Turned out really well. Had to improvise with a cake tin and had to pop it back in the oven after trying the first slice. Just needed an extra 10 mins.
Well chuffed!
