Otter

We've been visited often by this cute otter...my husband doesn't think he's all that cute as he loves to eat crabs on our boat step. While standing there trying to get a photo of him while he was preening, my husband remarked that the otter were a pain in the neck and he hoped they would trap it and get rid of it.
Just then a boy about 13, who was also enjoying the spectacle, remarked that the poor otter had been here long before the docks were built and man began to encroach on his living habitat! Score one for the young boy!!
