genoa tower

we left katies today. driving out of colorado we spotted this odd tower. the next exit had a sign that just said "point of interest". we had to go. it was the strangest thing ever. it was this big, rambling, cave-like series of rooms. each room was so full of junk it was almost impossible. there was stuff on the ceiling, stacked on shelves, nailed to walls...nuts. the old man running it kept trying to get me to identify random junk. then we climbed the tower. it was a death trap. but according to the old man, you could see 6 states from the top.
