Entiat River - Stillwater Reach

I was over on the east yesterday for a tour of recent Entiat and Wenatchee River restoration project. This is a photo of a project constructed in 2010 with the purpose of reducing erosion along an actively migrating bank. By and large, the project was functioning well but the piece of large wood was getting flanked by the river which could create some issues in the future.
