Nature Day

Today brought many picture opportunities, as I had a lovely lunch at the pub and went for an equally lovely walk along the canal, and then back through the fields. Hi-larious moment as my sister slipped (in sandals) in a cowpat! It was brilliant! And wonderfully ironic as her sandals were from new look so they said 'Your feet look gorgeous'. They really didn't.

This little chap was in our garden; I think he might have been injured as he didn't fly away very well, and he also let me get very close - they normally aren't that tame!
