PR Pride

There is a pretty big Puerto Rican population in Williamsburg and I love that they are very patriotic and always have their flags flying. I don't love their propensity to put all the windows down in their cars, put the music on maximum volume and drive around very slowly. I can remember them doing it in PR when I was over there last year but didn't expect it to happen here!
