Iron Age Spot the Ball?

We had a quick trip to Lin Dyke today for a walk in the sunshine and ended up spending the majority of the time looking for a Grasshopper Warbler that we could hear singing his heart out. But it was in vain as we just could not spot him.

Ah well, next time maybe?

I've passed this rusty bridge a number of times and considered taking a photo, today was the day that I finally did.
