It's been a jaggy day.

First all it was an appointment with the physiotherapist for a quick ultrasound/accu puncture session on my calf muscles.

Turns out that at 45 years of age sports injuries don't heal as fast as when I was 20 years old. Who'd have thunk it?

Then a quick skip across the road to the dentist for some root-canal treatment.

This picture was taken by the physio after I had explained thoroughly what it was for. I'm sure I spotted her marking my file 'Weirdo' as I was leaving.
