In the city

In the City there are many strange things, most of them human. But this object that graces our streets every weekend, there are a few of them, are called pisaants, and they fairly yuck.
The items in question are actually removable male toilets. They are put in situ every Friday and Saturday evenings and removed, goodness knows when.

Apparently one was placed, some time ago, outside a restaurant in The Merchant Quarter of the city, much to the displeasure of the owner. So he hired a truck and removed it placing it outside the council headquarters.
