Muuuuuummmm...I don't wanna play soccer anymore

This morning, bleary eyed, we were harrassed greeted by a small person who did not, in any way shape or form, want to continue with her football season. It is her first ever season, and she's in a mixed team, mostly kids she knows from school. She doesn't like that they play rain or shine. She doesn't like the cold. She doesn't like being kicked. She doesn't like having to run "all that time".

We bribed convinced her to go along, and look who got Player of the Day!

"It was fun, Mum, but only cos it wasn't raining and cold."

Wonder what next week will hold.
