Watching the World Go By

Got a bit worked up about a couple of things today, so went for a walk to clear my head and de-stress myself. I ended up in Victoria Park, Neath and just sat in the shade watching the world go by, I should have taken a book and stayed there for a while longer. It has been a glorious day in South Wales and you've got to make the most of it while you get the chance.

Just that simple act of going for a walk and appreciating the beauty that surrounds us worked a treat, and I came back feeling refreshed. In the hectic life that we seem to lead in the 21st century, we sometimes forget about these simple things in life which can give us so much pleasure.
