Not had much opportunity for taking pictures today. Spent the morning at a seminar on running in the heat with the South African coach Norrie Williamson - very interesting stuff and he's a good public speaker. We braved the pool later in the afternoon, in spite of my wife's concerns that the water was too hot and we would all get a nasty disease. Thankfully, we all seem ok.
