Herons

Frustrating day at work.

Got home, collected parcels from PO. New toys! (well a replacement biking waterproof and gloves and my mountain leader training log book)

Then took Peg out for a walk. Took camera and big lens hoping to get some pictures of a kestrel I've seen on the hill recently.

He didn't show.

But 3 herons flew past in formation and the evening sun broke through the cloud and the light was really nice.
