The purpose of this get-up is to make Alexander comfortable about the surgeon's outfit before his operation on Monday.

Alexander isn't keen on masks at the best of times, but Daddy asking him 'is it safe?' repeatedly probably wasn't going to help. Made me and Bad Granny laugh though.
