Went to the garden of the Greyhound pub to listen to more music as part of the local Music Festival here. Louise Hamilton photographed here is a folk singer/songwriter who usually plays in a group called Flaming June, from Bury St Edmunds. Her songs were brilliant, mostly feminist lyrics well sung. Flaming June are releasing a single in August called 'Nerves of Steel' about domestic violence. The proceeds will go to the charity 'Refuge' which works with women victims of domestic violence. A very pleasant afternoon sitting in a beer garden listening to good music.
