Carters Beach

Still over on the West Coast for work, so I took a trip to Carters beach on my way back to Christchurch. Carters beach is a lovely spot, wild and rugged but very beautiful.

At least it is if you look North as in this photo, looking South you survey a Cement works. A very impressive Cement works, but a cement works nonetheless.

Back in Christchurch tonight, I see that Barking blipped a beach on the East Coast.
