Sunlit

I took a diversion on the way to the Growers Green Market early this morning. When you live near river and ocean it is almost impossible not to find a photo that has a strong and challenging element in lighting. Wait a few moments if it is not quite right and it will change. Early mornings are also an advantage. The sunlight flashing off the small boats was beautiful reflected in the mercurial like water in the harbour - in the backround a dark and lightening sky...then to the right out of frame, blue sky scythed by a bright rainbow.
