So it begins

I had a very long yet productive meeting for IYLEP. I met the other mentors for the first time, and am very impressed with them. I can honestly say I have no reservation with the idea of spending 5-weeks with them as leaders. It's nice to get the ball rolling, and finally hash out details. I am eagerly looking forward to offically begin the program! I am however bummed at the fact that I am not allowed to use my Arabic with the students, as they are to be perfecting their English skills...not the other way around. Oh the adventures ahead of me...
