Plum jam

I have a plum tree in my garden, don't know the variety. Usually leave the fruit for the birds as it is very sweet but otherwise not a lot of taste. Decided to make some use of it by making jam. Picked 2 kilos of fruit and this is the result. Still loads on the tree for the birds.
