Sun

Today it is very sunny.

been to the coast twice, once with my wife and abs for ice cream at seaham, and the second for an ill fated surf lesson.... bad traffic meant i missed it :0(

took this one at seaham, post ice cream. this is a very brave photo for me, as i don't have the plums to take photos of strangers!!

they, like most people, were making the most of the sun.

today the realisation that the kielder 100 is rapidly approaching, time to actually start training!
