Was very proud of my sister and her two girls today who ran the race for life in Sheffield. I was helping out as a volunteer for the day, this time I was on Start/Finish duty. This basically means putting up banners before the race, and then getting all the water, goody bags and medals ready for when everyone finishes. Plus cheering on 6 and a half thousand sweaty women!
