definitely problem with camera - what can be wrong with it? - everything is fuzzy
this is another end of the day shot. we are frantically getting the flat ready to go on the market next week and I am now going to use a bit of blip time to document my current home. Please bear (bare?) with me.
I have lived here on and off for 14 years and I bought the place when I took out a student mortgage when I was in the second year of my undergraduate. My friends at the time thought that I had lost the plot and couldn't understand why I would want a mortgage. For me it was quite simple: my parents had separated and I didn't know where my home was anymore. So, I decided to make my own. I have had some incredible times here over the years and this place has witnessed many ups and downs. I have had some terrific flatmates over the years and well, you know, my current ones are the best ever in the world. This will always be the place where we brought our children home to for the first time and when I think of all that has happened since 1997 I feel pretty gutted to be getting ready to leave. It's kind of hard not to revert to cliches but I am saying goodbye to a massive part of my life or rather putting the lid on this bit. So, I shall be making intermittent hom(e)ages over the next few weeks and please humour me if I get a little sentimental.
But I shall not say much more tonight as I am like the Living Dead. Must have sleep.
