Bug-hunting
After supper, I did some bug-hunting. It's not as easy as it used to be. I peer at things, with or without my bifocals, and can't tell whether they're in focus through my macro lens until I download the photos from the camera. This was the best shot. It's a rhagonycha fulva beetle, about 7mm long, feeding on the pollen on a feverfew flower. I think that maybe next time I'll take my magnifying glass with me, so I can tell what's what before I point the camera at it.
