A belated birthday meal for Mr Echo as viruses and bugs seem to be attacking family members in turn this week. We all managed to be there. Had a lovely meal in a local bistro which started out as a student caff but has now gone a bit up -market. The food and helpings have always been good value for money. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and very child friendly. With a four year old and an 18 month old this helps. I know I am biased but they behaved brilliantly tonight and we all came away having had a happy time. The highlight of a party for Sofia is the blowing out of the candles so we had to take a token cake. Have a great weekend everyone.
