Inside the rose

Looking with the macro lens into the folds of the rose with droplets. Another in my un numbered dinner plate series! One day I will get them all linked together! here

Weather today was sketchy but tomorrow promises to be a lovely 4th of July so the picnic will be a go. We have invited our friend Barb here--she recently was in the hospital and rehabs and has successfully been living back at home now. We'll have some kabobs and clam chowder and she looks forward to the hooligans. Sadie was once her daughter's dog---but her daughter died last November of Pancreatic cancer and Cowboy gained a sister so to say. We had both of them out to a park that has a nice water area for them to play in today:)
