Sun Day

Summer, summer... Very close to spending the whole day indoors, cleaning. But no. We went for an afternoon picnic in the gardens, took in the Royal Mile, wandered about the Writers Museum, watched some street performers... Proper tourist stuff!

Then time for Taste. Ah, an afternoon in the sun, sampling some fine fine food, quaffing tasty beverages. Delicious. Right at the end, we were hugely entertained by a rather inebriated and enthusiastic couple launching themselves around to the music- it made up for the seagull crapping on my hitherto amazing oak smoked salmon taster. Ha!

I bought the most amazing ring today. I love it.
