Our daily bread

Did I mention Meandergal makes a mean bread. This is just one of her recipes, this is what we call a fluff bread, basically as it is the closest to what you might buy in the shops as a white bread, which is of course very fluffy. It's not a wholemeal loaf, made with spelt flour. But it could be described as hearty. Cooked on the max level in the toaster it just browns nicely, stupermarket bread would be a cinder.
Remind me to blip one of her rye breads sometime.
