Nightmare on Princes Street

Giant crane = entire centre section of Princes Street closed off and no info as to where/how to transfer to diverted buses.

Heading off to some open gardens, this left me very hot, tired, late, and stressed, which could only be alleviated by some nice gardens and lovely cakes (thanks to the ladies of Sacred Heart, Penicuik).
