Hurray for the Red, White and Blue!

Well it is the fourth of July and this weeks theme is Red, White and Blue but here it is Chris' birthday and, although they are not for him, the Union jacks are out in Haworth. Who knows why? Royal Wedding, Oxenhope straw race (yesterday) or just for fun. What ever it looks very festive up the cobbled Main Street.

For those of you not familiar with Haworth it is the seat of the Literary Bronte sisters - Jayne Ayre; Wuthering Heights; Tennant of Wildfell Hall et al. The Bronte Parsonage is at the top of this street as their father was the parson.
