Raise the Roof

This hill forms the highest point Eastwards until the Russian Urals, and is an interesting place for a quick visit. Historically used for a beacon to warn of coming attacks, all that sits there now is an old war memorial, some potential doggers, and discarded cans of Carling. It was ashame to hear that some people had broken into the region overnight and stolen the copper roof from the memorial structure...though the sky today made up for that.
