Safety Valve!

Doing Blipfoto catch up after a crazy week, I've been meaning to take a photo of this for ages! It is in a car park in Chichester & I'm curious as to how old it is & what is the story behind it...apart from the obvious of course.

But not for today, willl have to do some digging another time....busy busy busy!
