Gotcha!

My monday night coffee with a friend was off tonight as they have gone off to France for a few weeks. So I had a free night and was determined not to stay in.

Headed up to Dunsapie Loch , half way up Arthur's Seat. A lovely night with runners, walkers and cyclists all around.
Sat by the Loch for a bit taking in the scene . This heron was on the other side where a dog scared it over to mine. To my advantage.

The police were all around Holyrood Palace tonight, and the guards were by the doors of the Palace - the Queen must be in residence.
There was a sign saying there was is a 'special event' tomorrow in the area.
Away to investigate as I have a day off and may be worth a trip up to see what's going on.
