Abs through a bird

sitting on the settee and realised i could see abs through this bird type thing (not sure of its purpose? i think my wife got it for xmas and abs has taken to it?)

lazy blip today, 30 miles to work on my mtb, 10 miles home two glasses of wine now gone, and time for bear grylls.
