Tuns and tuns

Walking along the quais I found this pile of barrels, apparently piled up as out of use. Perhaps placed as a statue for old times sake. I didn't come across some one to ask. At home I put a PS filter over the blip and now it looks a little more acceptable to me.
I wish I'd receive such piles of letters with invitations for a job at home - if only one did come in!
