There's a stomach bug going round.

Not as bad as the norovirus that my uncle kindly gave me last summer, but had to come home from work at lunchtime. Thumping headache, stomach cramps, gastric distress. Several friends have it, and I'm not the worst off by a long shot.

Cabot did his best bedside manner, but has proved to be of little medical help.
